At Pym’s Consultancy, we pride ourselves in our experience. The consultancy is led by Kate Pym and Jonathan Horrocks. Together we have worked in the commercial provision of health and social care for over 40 years, with a proven track record of success, in both large and small organisations. We provide a range of services to companies wishing to enter or expand their presence in the health and social care market, UK and overseas. Working with a number of Associate Consultants, we draw on decades of senior management experience, enabling us to deliver against a wide variety of business needs.
When a client engages our consultancy, we ensure that each consultant working with them has a wealth of relevant experience to bring to the project and organisation. All proposals, research and reports are conducted and written by our Consultants themselves, so you can be sure that the right questions are asked for relevant, informative reports, fitting to your specific business needs.

All our consultants have a minimum of 15 years experience working in senior positions within healthcare. Nothing is fixed, and we provide a flexible service to meet your needs, for example: business case and bid writing; or training in business case preparation and bid responses.

All businesses are different, and social care providers work with a specific set of challenges which impact on their commercial viability and ability to expand. We offer a completely confidential consultancy service delivering bespoke solutions from advice on CQC compliance to service design, sales and marketing strategy and representation.
